14-day money-back guarantee

If you subscribe to premium and aren't happy, email us within 14 days of your purchase and we'll refund you in full, no interrogation. We'd rather you feel good about NameNesting than hold onto money you regret spending.

Cancel anytime

You can cancel your subscription whenever you like. When you cancel, you won't be charged again, and you keep premium access until the end of the period you've already paid for. No cancellation fees, no hoops.

How to request a refund or cancel

Email [email protected] from the email address on your account. We aim to respond within a few days.

Renewals

Subscriptions renew automatically so your access doesn't lapse. We'll refund the most recent charge under the 14-day guarantee. Older completed periods aren't refundable, but you can always cancel to stop future renewals.

Payments

Premium payments are processed by our payment provider, who acts as merchant of record. Refunds are issued through them to your original payment method.
